The Admin area

The Admin area is where a platform administrator configures RezolveApp: the tables and fields records are built from, the forms and lists end users see, roles and access rules, branding and portals, notifications, sample data, and AI settings. It is separate from the day-to-day work surfaces (Employee Center, agent launchpads) — nothing here is meant for end users.

  1. Open the app navigation rail (the icon strip on the side of the screen).
  2. Select Admin Home.

Admin Home opens a launchpad: a row of key counts (tables, users, roles, groups, ACL rules) that link straight to the matching editor, followed by every administration module grouped by concern. The same grouped list appears as the secondary left-hand navigation while you’re anywhere under Admin, so you can jump between tools without going back to the home screen.

Admin Home groups its modules as follows:

Group What lives there
System Definition Tables & Fields, Choice Lists, States & Workflow
Users & Security Security Center (hardening, events, login audit, attachment security, alerts, thresholds), Roles/Groups/ACLs studio, Access Control (ACL) Rules
Data Data / Lookup Tables, Sample Data
UI & Forms Form Layout, List Layout, Dashboard Builder, Catalog & Request Forms
Portals Portals (Employee Center, Employee Portal, Customer Service Portal), Branding & Theme, Request Icons, Catalog Item Icons, Guided Tours, Virtual Assistant
Notifications Notifications (Email & SMS)
AI & Automation Flow Designer, AI Assist Governance, Process Policy, and the AI Control Center (reached from its own area of the app)

The counters at the top of Admin Home are live, not decorative — each one opens the tool that owns that count:

  • Tables opens Tables & Fields.
  • Users opens the Users data list.
  • Roles opens the Roles tab of the Security studio.
  • Groups opens the Groups tab of the Security studio.
  • ACL rules opens the Access Control (ACL) Rules editor.
