RezolveApp looks different depending on who’s signed in. Pick the tutorial that matches your role.

For employees

You’re here to get help, order something, or find an answer — not to manage tickets for other people. Start with Getting started for employees: your first login, the Employee Center home, requesting an item from the catalog, tracking it, finding a knowledge article, and asking the Virtual Assistant.

For agents and fulfillers

You work records for a living — incidents, cases, requests, changes — inside a launchpad built for your team. Start with Getting started for agents: signing in, switching launchpads, reading your home dashboard, and working your first record.

For administrators

You configure RezolveApp for everyone else — tables, forms, security, branding. Start with Getting started for administrators for an orientation to the Admin area, then head to the Administration section for the full depth.
